I was just looking at one in the junkyard today, and I am pretty sure they are coil spring in the rear, although I could be wrong(I might be thinking of the datsun rear ends).

79-83 corolla sedan and coupe rear axles should work too, considering they were actually in the parts bin when the tercel was designed. corolla wagons are leaf spring so it would take some new brackets for those.

actually, the carter pump noted above without a regulator is the recommended pump for webers. filling the float bowl at a slower rate isnt gonna use any less fuel either, because the rate of fuel consumption is based on vacuum pull through the carb.

A pressure regulator will also cut volume, which is what a weber really needs. Also, mechanical fuel pumps pulsate when they pumpand webers work best with constant pressure.

I've seen a headlight buzzer at walmart before, it just plugged into the fuse box I think, might have to see if they still carry them, I have the same problem.

Differences between 3a-c heads?

Does anybody know if there are any major differences between the 81-82 and the 83-88 heads? I just bought a head gasket set and noticed that not only does it say 81-82 on the box, but there are actually two different part numbers for the head gasket.
