question about 3AC

I was wondering if the t-belt snaps on the 3AC will the valves hit the pistons?

1988 Toyota Tercel SR5 4WD
3AC 2BBl Downdraft Carb
Project Car:
1993 Honda Del Sol Si
D16Z6 Head/Block
D16A1 Pistons (C/R 12.3:1)

Nope, the A series are non-interference motors, it will just stop running.

ok, cool. thats what i figured by looking at the pics and stuff of the cylinder head and piston tops. so that goes for all a-series motors, like the 4AGE and stuff?
