Just wondering if this is a common problem with these cars or if its just me and my brothers tercels lol. It seems to me the colder it gets the stiffer and more difficult it is to rollup the windows.. particularly the front drivers.. the passenger front is right behind it in difficulty as well.. but ...

Light bar.. either make your own, or bolt them to a roof rack. Lift.. Moog coil springs (oem replacement, while I was in there I did some monroe sensatracs), rear I did Monroe air shocks, air shocks bolt straight in just have to run air lines, and thats good for a fair amount of height.. like 3 ...

I was wondering about bigger tires for my tercel since I lifted it.. I was thinking 14's would be ideal.. bigger but not too big. But the diameter I was thinking of was going to be 2" bigger then what Im running now (175/80R13), in 14's to get the 2" was gonna have to be 195/80R14 Im wondering if ...

I tried searching the forums but didnt notice, anyone posting on "how to" or any hidden gremlins or anything of that sort when doing the wheels bearings on these wagons.. I am gonna try the rears first, if anyone has done this or has any helpful tips they could throw me that would be muchly ...

Im thinking I can do a little bit more.. didnt know where to find/forgot my dads shop had a coolant flusher so I might try again flushing my core, I mean just with some compressed air and garden hose I was able to make it better.. Im not sure if thats the best Ill get or if I could get better.. but ...

I took the valve off ran some water thru there, made sure that is free flowing, and took the garden hose at my dads and ran water and compressed air thru the heater core itself.. some yellow crap water came out intially.. not alot, and now my heater works without the car having to be fully warmed up ...

I even went on my dads mitchell on demand or whatever its called and they dont even say anything about it either hahha, its not meant to be done! Lotsa people are just telling me to run some water thru the lines and be done with it (flush it), my brother said it worked good on his 85 with a/c, so I ...

I would like to know what the difficulty level is, and what is involved in removing/cleaning/inspecting my heater core? I searched the forums and didnt seem to be able to find the info I was looking for, just wondering if anyone has done it themselves before.

Well, the time to match the rear bumper to the front has arrived. My co worker has a 4wd toyota p/u and came across a tubed bumper at the wreckers.. all alluminum, lift with one hand.. it has two tubes on both sides, with a cut out in the center for a trailer ball/ license plate to sit. Anyhow ...

I should put spacers in the front to bring the front up.. I added some weight with my bumper and winch set up.. has anyone figured out what a good taller tire size there is to run after lifting them?

haha thanks.. so I see the heads are similar.. is that a sohc 1.6 head the 4ac? Or a dohc?
