if you got the old trans along with the damaged one, you might be able to just swap out the front diff assembly/bell housing. you need to find out what the problem is, if the main gear cluster is still okay, all of the other parts would be eaiser to find. A damage main gear cluster is becoming more difficult, and more expensive, to find good ones. Also, if you can make the current trans work, it might be easier to replace the 3.73:1 rear diff assembly to a later 4.1:1 rather than finding a new front diff.
too bad the last one to drive it was such an idiot.

The original tranny for the car is nowhere to be found unfortunately but I'm glad the car is in one solid piece. Expect a full list of pictures in gallery tomorrow along with the full story.

off topic here but how many of those 9 vehicles in your yard run and how many are jackstand princesses, 84terc4wd?
edit: just realized that could sound snotty. i'm honestly just curious, not trying to poke fun.

Everything but the supra and the terc run and drive. My father tends to find the only deer on the road. And uses his car as a battering ram. So the 80s camrys one has a smashed front end but runs the other was a donor that runs but the supra is the vehicle that has to be rebuilt from the bottom up. Plus we have a 35 foot pace arrow rv where I live and 2 motorcycles that both run
