well im done, i cant feel my hands from the die grinder, but im done, the manifold was only port matched and then smoothed, pics are before the smoothing of the ports and mani

How'd you keep the aluminum from loading into the grinder?

its a 3asu head, and the manifold is froma 3ascv, and use kerosene so aluminum wont get stuk, it helps a lot

me either, im going on two stages, one with the webber and the manifold you see there, and the next one (onace tha championship is over ) with the two carb manifold and a couple of kadron carbs or something like them, hopefully a cam and valvetrain, i need to rev up to 8000 rpms
