Hello my battery is hooked up but my clock is not on and my radio is not turning on when I turn the key all of the lights dim or turn off I have spliced the fuse wire with the post if you know what is going on please help me.

Hi in the future (around 6-7 years) I want to add some go fast parts but I don't want to spend a lot of money on it so if you know of anything that can get me around 150-200 hp for cheap it would be very appreciated
