Electrical problem

Hello my battery is hooked up but my clock is not on and my radio is not turning on when I turn the key all of the lights dim or turn off I have spliced the fuse wire with the post if you know what is going on please help me.

if you want help you need to make a more clear, concise, and constructed post. one long run on sentence is hard to decipher.

check the dome light fuse for the clock, and the radio #1 and #2 fuse. also quit splicing wires when you dont know what youre doing. that only makes the issues 100x worse.
