Weber guys will likely be more help. It seems almost everybody running a Weber has switched (or added) electric fuel pumps set up for 2-3 psi I believe.

Whatever carburetor you have, it should be sitting on a heat shield to keep it from getting hot enough to vaporize in the bowl.

As shared previously, this continues to sound like a fuel “starvation” issue. As the engine runs and heats the carburetor, fuel will get hot enough to “boil” or vaporize from the bowl.
