after the cluster that sits on top of the dash in the centre that has those silly roll and angle things in it comes in the sr5 tercel must be brown as long as its in good nick i only want to mount other guages in it so it doesnt have to work

sounds like you're looking for an inclinometer hood. you might try ebay as well as here.

you could also paint one of a different colour.

since you are mounting new instruments in it you might look around and see what other cars have something suitable to adapt. the inclinometer cluster is a highly sought after item and it would be a shame to gut a good one so you can mount some different instruments. It would not be that hard to make one up with dense EVA foam and cover it with vinyl you heat under a lamp (so it will stretch around the complex shape).
