I have a 86 front-wheel drive wagon with a 5-speed standard transmission.
Well, I did.
Now it's a one-speed.
Second Gear, to be exact.

Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.

Re: Looking for 2WD std transmission in WA
I am in Seattle.
I haven't seen any 2WD Tercel wagons or hatchbacks at pickandpull up in Lynnwood or Arlington for a couple months.
I have my 2WD automatic oil-burner working and I am hoping I can put off the transmission transplant on the other wagon for a couple months.
I am also contemplating swapping the good 86 engine into the automatic wagon.
Right now, I am hoping to run the blue wagon for a couple months and rest my back and stuff.

Re: Looking for 2WD std transmission in WA
I too have a FWD that was burning oil until I did an engine flush to clean the crap off the valve seals and started adding bardhal (4oz) No smoke to my oil changes. Both made a huge difference and really slowed the oil use..just and FYItercle wrote:I am in Seattle.
