I was thinking of going and looking at this one. I am new to trecel wagons and was wondering what should i look for and is this a decent price?

I have been trying to get a hold of the red one in Portland but he never gets back to me so i moved on to looking in different area of Oregon.

Welcome to the list!. That one looks like a good deal if it is as good as he says. Starters are reliable and cheap if you go to the one of the three PicknPulls and pick one up. that starter is common to all '80-87 Tercels, likely the same year corollas and later Tercels as well. Should be under $20 and an fairly easy swap.

there has been lots of threads on what to look for when buying a Tercel, do a search. Most important is a good transmission, only part that is getting hard to find good used ones.
