this one doesn't say 4WD in the ad but i just talked to the lady selling it and it is indeed a 4WD. she hasn't mentioned what repairs it needs yet but the ad states no rust and low mileage. i'm going to look at it tomorrow.

went and looked at it today. nowhere near as nice as the woman claimed. it's a topaz DLX with a rusty ding on one rear fender, small amounts of rust creeping in around both rear fenders and on the hood due to rock chips, clear coat peeled very badly, CVs click a lot, the brakes worked fine but she said it needs new rear brakes although she was unsure what specifically, the clutch pedal was REALLY stiff, it revved hard while cold, interior smells (of smoke, i think), is dirty, and has a big rip in the driver seat, super dirty engine bay with lots of old oil leaks, and it needs an alignment and new tires badly.
on the good side, the trans felt pretty good, the engine felt strong once warm, and the front end seemed fairly tight. it wasn't worth the asking price to me so i said to call me if no one takes it and i would make her an offer. i don't even think i actually want it at all though now, too much work when i've already got one sitting here waiting for some TLC.

Hey how are you doing , I am find , Is it's a topaz DLX or Tercel , I just stop by at MT-Vernon,Wa look at 83 T4WD today , very,very rusty car , I told him his car must've came from eastern state , it ran 3 cylinder, numerous problem but , pretty fair seats and Transmission also it has that 4x4 thing on the dash, might offer him $200-250 and drive it home .At least I could use this car as project .
