Re: COPART.COM
Here is the link. http://www.copart.com/c2/homeSearch.htm ... CH_RESULTS
It is a 2WD AT, with 78K miles. Pretty massive front end damage. A shame, as the rest of the car shows no rust - anywhere. Check out the "large images" link in the upper right.

Re: COPART.COM
There is a local Copart auction yard here and good examples of T4wd turn up regularly, they sell for about $300-400, wrecked one go for $100-150. Unfortunately you need a wholesale dealers license to get into the auctions. I have friend with a dealer's license who can take me, but he wants payment for his time, and you are often getting a pig in a poke, meaning you do not have a chance to check them out very much before you bid on them, and you can spend all day there waiting for the car you want to come up. I have done it, but I can find as good a deals from private party, and have a chance to check them out, and do not spend all day waiting to get out bid by other used car dealers.
Personally, I would just as soon stay away from the auctions.

Re: COPART.COM
What Petros just described is exactly what I encountered on the '83 SR5 with gorgeous interior and luggage cover - heck, it matched my car perfectly. I tried getting information before the sale and afterwards, when it disappeared before the auction. See several posts on https://tercel4wd.com/forums/viewtopic.php? ... ing#p42452

Re: COPART.COM
I went to look at the link. The only parts on this car worth getting are the headlights. Even the trim, side marker lights and grill are shot. Notice all the rust too, very high miles, 2wd, this car is just scrap. Nothing worth salvaging here.

Re: COPART.COM
Well - the linkee no workee any longer ? ? ?
The car which I linked to has disappeared - this one was in Sacramento, which toughtercel mentioned.
The one in OH is still available and that is the really beat-up one to which Petros refers.
