Steering rack compatibility?
Does anyone know if a manual rack from an '82 hact Terc will bolt into one of our T4wds? I have a line on a cheeep one. Thanks!
It's a scientific fact that in a twin engine aircraft, when one engine fails there is always enough power in the remaining engine to make it all the way to the crash site.

Give a boy a gun-give a biatch a cell phone-and pretty soon you almost got yourself a police state.

Thanks for the idea takza - no early rack appeared in my query, but that doesn't mean the rack is unique to our T4wds. The pre '83 cars are getting more and more rare. I'll just eyeball it as best I can and take my chances. Also tried looking up windshields. Since mine has a big driver's side crack and inspection day was a few days ago I was hoping another Tercel/Corolla etc. might use the same windshield. I won't be able to live with myself if I don't buy something at the half price sale this weekend.
