Heater Fan troubles

Post by teenahlake »

Trying to get my heater fan running. the relay works, so next is to check the fusible link, is this in the drivers kick panel or the fan itself? if so do I have to take off the whole lower console or is there some other trick?

Did you hook the fan moter up directly to the battery to see if it works? The brushes may be worn out. They can be replaced.
Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.

If your fuses and all are OK this might give you help, as my heater was only working on highest setting the resistor does get corroded and this is how you can fix it. I have photos on how to fix but haven't had time to do a full report since uni started. has been working great ever since. good luck
