I have a plain-Jane '87 2WD wagon, & the cluster only has the speedometer, fuel gauge, & temp indicator to monitor things. Is there an optional Toyota cluster I could swap in to gain the tach, charging system gauge, oil pressure gauge, etc? Or should I simply buy aftermarket gauges, and what would be the best location to mount them? Maybe a universal gauge pod on top of the dash?
Thanks for any input...

SR5 Tercel wagons added the tachometer which should plug into your wiring harness. I have one with a non-working fuel gauge if you want it, just install your fuel gauge and it will work. The other guages you mentioned will have to be aftermarket.
It's a scientific fact that in a twin engine aircraft, when one engine fails there is always enough power in the remaining engine to make it all the way to the crash site.
