This looks too good and the Grey ones are so rare. Now if only it had the factory sunroof it would pretty well be the perfect unmolested T4wd. It's only 20miles away from me. Just $2,000 US.

Weird is that it's an '87 with the black interior but still has the inclometer. I think they must have been an option on the later models. This has some awesome "Skier" type olympic motifs on it as well.

I've done too much too mine now however to make it worth selling it for another 5 years. I feel like I'm going to be kicking myself that I didn't get this one though.

WOW !
Maybe you should buy it and put it in a bubble for the time when (if ?) your current T4WD will waft off into the sunset...
Love the description that the seller, ROSEANT AUTO HAUS, posted of itself. Boy, car dealers are the same the world over...
Alos like your Subject line - funny!

Jaw dropping ,that is one nice 20 year+ car to drive this to expensive restuarant where valet park the car ,just curious, in Australia do they have "collector plate" what their rules ? , where I live at B.C. , their rules are 25 years and older,or 1,500 production per year but they have to be stock , so the insurance rate only cost $300 per year to insurance as collector plate, compare $1,200 per year for back and forth to work, so I might intead to have rust free car as "collector" and other car (little rust ) as daily driver include driving on snow and mountain climing.
so both car can be driven instead of one sitting without moving cause future repair for sitting.

I love those nice slim bumpers, cool GTS style steering wheel too. With that, the inclinometer and the head lights it looks like a typical European equpment. Perhaps that was imported from England to Aus.

What kind of carbs come stock on the Aus tercels? How much horsepower to they make?

Petros, I'm pretty sure that we have the same carb set ups as you guys but we don't have electronic distributors or catalytic convertors. The Australian cars would be much better to do the 4age swap with due to our right hand steering column set up though.

I'm pretty sure it's an aussie car because I think the UK ones have a rear fog light on most of them. All the Aussie cars have those sidelights and headlights but grills and front bumpers changed slightly in about 86 or so.

Splatter - those stains don't seem to correspond with any major part of this car judging by where it is parked but does look like they have had a few beaters through there!

Toughtercel - I used to have club plates for my '58 Lambretta Motor scooter but you are restricted to how many days you can drive a year and you need to keep a log book etc. To much work. I don't have comprehensive insurance on my car so it's pretty cheap in that respect! It would be nice to have 2 cars though!

Tom - I'm seriously not worthy to drive that car. with my salty wetsuits and surfboards and various beach runs. It is really strange to see such a utilitarian vehicle so cared for.

I have the 85 AUS brochure and according to it, same carb as US model practically and obviously 71HP as with Europe.. This has mostly the same specs as the European models...

uuohh , that harsh, last week I double check about collector plate , where I live is unlimit mileage and days only one rule is " not allow drive to/from work " and yes no insurance but selective comprehensive so car worth little then i just fill $3,000,000 protection plan cost $100 extra , so far i just have to wait to decide buy or not . let my second 4WD sit for a year without driving then repair cost go out for sitting .
