'87 T4wd

Post by ROBBMAG »

I am sadly delivering my beloved T4wd to the local bone yard. I pulled the BRAND NEW $220 front sway bar with cushions, with about 150 miles on it, all the lights including the entire headlight assemblies, grille, and absolutely perfect front seats. The rear seat is perfect too, just too lazy to take it out, yet. They are blue/gray fabric. The black dash is perfect. The car has 120k miles on it. Steering rack is junk. Fuel tank is leaking from the top somewhere. All 5 brake/fuel lines running to the rear are rotted. It's an automatic. 4wd works perfectly. Engine runs good after it warms up.

If anyone would like some parts I have or haven't mentioned, let me know before Friday July 10 and I'll pull 'em.
I'm asking $100 dollars for the sway bar and cushions. All other parts are free to a good home, just pay for the shipping.

Remove the driver-side window winder mechanisms - maybe others as well. I do not need them, but some members on the board do. If no one takes the cluster, I'd like the switch for the rear window heater. And if you do not have AC - the translucent duct between the blower and the heater......See the translucent OE connector in the second pix in xirdneh's XLNT heater analysis: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4515&p=33600&hilit=heater#p33600

Sorry to hear you have to scrap your wagon. I was wondering if it would be possible to get both headlight assemblies, the left turn signal assembly, and the front bumper cover/bracket assembly. Some kid turned left in front of me and messed up the front pretty good. I was wondering if you would be able to get the brake booster and master cylinder out of it as well. I'm interested in getting the hood too but shipping might be a pain. Only if you want to, could see how much it would be to ship it to: 814 Scottsdale Dr. Champaign, IL 61821. That is also where everything else would get shipped to. Thanks, Kyle
Its what you do when sh*t happens that makes you who you are.
kinda weird that i'm only one year older than my wagon..

The rear emblem (Tercel 4WD) Is a little faded or washed out looking. Still want it, message me with the address.
Also I'll have to check as to whether or not I can get the brake cables off without destroying them. They DO work though!
The car IS air conditioned. Master cyl/booster good.
All of the switches work. I think the light bulb is burned out in the rear wiper switch. Dont know 'bout the a/c switch though. Never tried it.

By the way, I never expected to actually be able to help people out with this car!

ARCHINSTL pm the destination on that heater/defogger switch.
Looks like I'd better start bringing boxes home!

Oh man, does this car have composite headlights? I'd buy the driver's side light, if it's in good shape, and also the plastic trim that goes around the exterior of the headlights.
