ATV tires :) I couldn't find any good tires that were 13', just go to a wrecker and get some 14's and have atter! I got some light truck tires that are pretty good, 195/70/14's

I have also been lookin for 13" tyres with rough tread pattern. So far I have found only one manufacturer. http://www.fedima.pl/submenu/30

One option would be to use rally tyres. Atleast in here, 13" is is still somewhat common size in lower levels of the sport. And they are usually road-legal. The new ones can be a bit expensive, but rally teams dont normally use them too many times before ditching them to practise use, so it might be a good idea to look for used ones.

I am running snow tires on mine. They are basically the same as the BFG all-terrains
