Oh yeah, guess I wasn't looking close enough... After another look, the add says 84, but the antenna on the passenger side and what looks like a third brake light would indicate 85 or later, and are those diagonal stripes on that back seat? ... of corse some things could be a late model year change or swapped/added on parts. Could be anything with a car this age. I'd like to see the interior and under the hood.

production date is likely late '84, but it is an '85 model year (common confusion by sellers). Can you see if it has an inclinometer?

'85 didn't have a center stoplight- started in '86 (federal law.) Also, those rear seats aren't '84 or '85. My guess is the guy's got the wrong year posted or the car's been cobbled together from various donor vehicles (got a few of them myself!)
