looks way better than a parts car, if it is not rusty that would be an easy clean up, fix up and put back on the market. It mostly looks like it needs a good cleaning. In my experiance that would take longer than replacing the valves (including pulling off the head). Well worth saving, not a parts car at all if it is runs and drives.
