Is there a forum member that could provide designs and a materials list for front and rear custom bumpers that can be bolted on where factory bumpers are.

i don't think there are any posts that include designs and materials lists for custom bumpers but there are several threads with detailed pics on how various members made their own. if you find those, you might post on those threads to ask details about each. do a search for 'custom bumper' or something like that. here's one.
