someone got the tranny/transaxle already
i was hoping to get it but did not move fast enough
went for 200.00
Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.

did you get the inclinometer? that would be worth saving.
'87 Tercel 4wd SR5 (current engine swap project)
'84 Tercel 4wd (daily driver, with on going mods)

i did not go there
i called
not all SR5's have the inclinometer
going by my dark blue 87 SR5 which does not have one
Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.

All 83 and 84 SR5's have one.
Former Tercel Enthusiast (not a practical family car anymore but they still have a place in my heart)

not true, i had a stock 84 sr5 which did not have one. believe me, i was VERY disappointed. it's the only one i've seen without though. must have been like the 'no rear wiper' option or something.

Maybe a Canada thing? In the US brochure it was listed as standard.
