Hello everyone, I have a 1987 tercel 4dr station wagon. It has FWD and a 5 speed gearbox. Owner since 2003 and currently has 242k just shy of toyota's quarter million mile club. It is all original even to the am radio ( not installed, have aftermarket blaupunkt ). Still think it is a funny looking car but it kind of grew on me. Go figure.

hi lokahir. are you on the big island? my family has a place on kauai so i periodically check the craigslist there for 4wd tercels. i'd love to keep one there as our adventure car. so many cool places there are only accessibly with 4wd. i've seen tons of mint 80's/90's toyota trucks there but only one rusted out old tercel so it seems like they're pretty rare in the islands.
