well bumper is all done and mounted.. actually ended up being lighter then the stock one.. those are frickin heavy! light bar is fog and high beam and bright as hell.. only thing left is resistor for the led signals so I don't have double time blinkers!!

Did I miss a build thread for this bumper? It looks amazing!
No kidding!! Were are all the details. I can't believe I missed this somehow. Please share with us. It looks amazing. I'm planning a bumper build myself so your build could be very helpful.
did you by any chance weigh it? wonder how much weight it saves. I should weight the stock one (I have one I can weigh). I would think I could make a fiberglass one that weighs well under ten lbs.

hey everyone thanks for the input! weighs about 26lbs with the light bar and signals.. I never weighed the stock bumper but it wasn't light.. I was actually quite surprised. I have installed new strut inserts but still stock coils and no more sag then normal.. I never posted to much build info on it..I was keeping it a secret! sorry boys. I only have a few photos of the build since I got a new computer and lost all my photos here are a few of the build, used thinker steel up front and a little thinner on the sides and bottom.. all in all its a wicked bumper, about 50000 lbs less then a ARB and looks much better.. and fits haha.

Well, if it is to remain a secret and I don't have any metal skills for the life of me, let me place an order!!! Hahaha. Man, that thing is really sexy.
its not really a secret..haha I just didn't want to tell anyone it was in the making! but I don really have any plans to share.. its all in my head! haha
How about a night-time photo from inside with and without the light bar activated?
It's nice to see a North American T4WD with a chin!
