Do these Corolla All Trac springs look right?

Post by scotisha »

Hi,

I did the Pathfinder/Thunderbird lift on the Tercel last week and now I want to do the front. I have found the AW11 MR2 inserts with out any hassle but I can only find a pair of Corolla All Trac springs at one online retailer (Canadapartsonline, MOOG MC5455). I am wondering if someone can have a look and make sure I am getting the right set as I thought they were supposed to be from a 1988-1992 Corolla but these springs are only coming up in the 1989/1990 listings. I have also done a search for what I think the Toyota part number is (48131-1E760) and the schematic coil looks slightly different (the end coils are smaller diameter than the central coils). Or if someone has a better retailer, I am all ears (Rock Auto doesn't seem to have them).

Thanks in advance!

Of course now that I post I have found another set online, however, it is lacking the smaller coils and it has a different part number. MOOG CC254
