The 4WD versions are rare. I've seen a few 2WD versions around here, but I've never seen a 4WD.

my buddy's family had a 4wd one when we were all learning to drive. he eventually put it into a telephone pole one night, unfortunately. i don't remember if it was manual or auto though. i'm under the impression that the manual 4wd's were the rarest, which is part of what gets me so excited for this.

curiosity got the best of me and i emailed this guy. here is his response.
"I've had her for about 6 months, basically something to get me around while I went to school here. I don't know what you were planning on doing with the car, but it's more for getting around than anything, engine is strong, some new parts, but ya, it's not an expensive car.
Transmission, clutch, rear driveshaft, and axles are great, power windows and sunroof still work along with the other basic electronics the car has. Hoses, lines, and whole cooling system generally really good condition.
Power steering isn't working right now, I've traced it down to the seals and cleaning the lines, have parts, but don't plan on getting to it.
AC belt isn't on and hasn't been since I got her, so, I think it works, but haven't tested, had to buy the belt...
No back seats.
Parking brake needs passenger side cable from the rear connection, but has driver side that needs tensioning.
Some frame rust, but only where the front sway bar connects on the outer joints, seems solid on inside and everywhere else.
