I hope your daughter had the presence of mind to take some pictures at the accident scene. As for no fault, most lawyers will give you one free session to discuss your case. I strongly suggest that you talk to one of these guys before giving up completely. No fault is not always what people think it is.

Was the woman on the cell phone or texting at the time? If your daughter thinks she was, there are ways of finding out for sure and a lawyer can probably find out. That can change the "no fault".
