I need one of whatever this is...

I know it came of the bottom front quite some time ago. Since the car has been in the garage for a long time now, I hadn't a need for it. Hopefully in a few more weeks it will be drivable so I need to find this part. Is it important? I think it goes from the frame to the x member. I'm not too sure.

that looks like the diagonal brace that runs from the center of the cross member to the side frames on either side of the trans. you can drive without it, but I would not be too rough with it. they stiffen the front frames, but they are only necessary if you drive on uneven surfaces or large potholes.

should use bolts with 12 mm hex heads to hold them in place, you do not need very long bolts, perhaps 20 mm long.

Most definitely, I've got nothing but time. I'll have to check back with you on the sides. It might be identical I think but I'll have to double check. Appreciate it.

Then by what you say, I'll definitely need it. There's nothing but roadwork all over this darn city and it never seems to get any better. I know I've got all the bolts in place for sure, I just have no clue as to where the other brace went.

Adding onto this thread so I do not create another.

I am in desperate need of the exterior trim moulding clips? I went to the dealer last week and they said they have been discontinued. I broke 13 of them. :( Thanks.

It is the side trim. Those black plastic pieces along the lower side of all the doors. I'll post a picture if one is still needed as soon as I am home from work.
