The diagram:
3AC-CAL VAC.JPG
The photo it derived from:
DSCN1941.JPG
How I wish the car still looked:
DSCN1936.JPG
I plan on redrawing the diagram one of these days, the photo isn't the best quality, but it's legible - barely!

Federal car, it's pretty close if you need a reference.

UPDATE: I had a really busy start to the year, but have quit my soul-crushing 80-hour-a-week job and have time to fix this car, but I've run into a bit of a roadblock:

I'm going to replace the carb and redo the vacuum lines, but I'm not certain about the differences between carburettors. The original California-spec 3AC carburettor is part # 21100-15200, however, the replacement parts I am able to source online are all 15050, 15051, or 15052, which sources indicate are for the 3A engine. I still have the original carburettor, which had all kinds of leaky diaphragms, however, the parts are available if I should need to swap anything out. Should I need to? I read something about the solenoid valves being different.

Also, I have at least one bad VTV. These valves only need to fit the hose and only allow flow in one direction, correct? Or do I need to be looking for something specific, because I'm having trouble finding anything specific to this vehicle.

Thanks!
