Well written ad, very honest. I think it is a bit high. If he'd have fiberglassed those areas maybe it would increase saleability. Car would be DOTed here.

Dept of Transport. If you get stopped for a seat belt check or something, the cops can request an inspection if the car looks rusty. That car would not pass in the state it is in.
