This is next on my wish list...a 1987 Colt Vista...1987 because it was the first year for EFI and the last year for square headlights. With A/C & preferably Power windows...and no rust. Engine problems would be OK & don't scare me.
I really like the Vista for the same reasons i like the Tercel...the styling is very similar, has the same utility functionality, but Larger and more what i would have imagined an 80s Camry wagon would/should have looked like. I think one would pair very nicely in my driveway with the Tercel...and everything else.
I also hope to eventually have a full collection of all the various 80s square Wagons...the Stanza, Subaru GL, Volvo 740 diesel...(not the Civic...ugly). But the Vista is my next target.
