Looking for a few parts here...
A passenger side window wiper assembly....

A Inclinometer would be sweet too!

Could someone point me in a direction? The window wiper assembly is priority number one!

Have you tried the Wrecking yards? If you have a Pick-n-Pull that a good place to start. You can see if they have a location near you. If so, Look at there inventory.

When you say wiper assembly do you mean the wiper arm?
Almost any wiper arm of that generation toyota will likley fit
