last but surely not least
when i last replaced the head gasket on this car about 10 years ago
i did not hook up the head Ground Wire the correct way
it must be connected to a stud that connects the exh and intake manifolds to the head
from there it connects to the firewall
i had it attached to the intake manifold at the throttle cable support
obviously that did not work out

Somewhat related, Dad called the local toyota place to get the toyota head gasket, and there's only three left in the country!
Were any all metal head gaskets made for our engines?
