I had to remove the rubber cover to straighten out the metal part of the bumper (rebar?) and was wondering if this metal part can be removed from the frame. There are many descent bumpers at my local junkyard so I would like to replace it in the future as I couldn't get it 100% straight.

And the front bumper has 6 bolts. I think there's 4 somewhere on top and two more on the bottom. All big ones. We didn't know this when pulling the bumper off Hornbeam, mud was hiding the lower 2. Assuming it was rusted on, we chained the bumper to a utility pole and ripped it off with the mighty power of the 3A.
This left us with a boomerang-shaped bumper and two nice bumper brackets still on the car. With the bumper out of the way, the mounting bolts were much easier to find.

How do you swap the bumper rubber part? I have 4 $10 parking tickets on it and don't want to rebuy them >.<

To remove rubber you have to remove bolts underneath the front fenders and underneath the bumper itself. Then remove the front grill and inside there are about 8 bolts under where the grill sits. Really tricky to remove. I recommend using some kind of Penentrant (and lots of it!) as many of these bolts will snap off leaving you with a broken shaft stuck in the rebar! The signal lights also have to be removed and then you can manouver them through the rubber. All bolts are 10mm. Good luck

Yup. They instructed me to apply them to the right-hand upper rear BUMPER. Now I want to save them.
I'd also like my other cars rear door, as its windshield wiper jet works, and it has my Tercel4WD.com sticker. (No I did not forget that I owe you GTS)
