Just got a set of miata daisys (my third.) Was wondering if anybody here has tried fitting 195/70 14's on a non-lifted terc, and were there any tire clearance issues? My brother's got a set of tires off his camry for cheap (free.)
Thanx for your input, Rich.

Re: 195/70 14
wow, that's a lot bigger, over 9%. i've never tried that size but i would guess you would get some rub on full lock, rich.
the appeal of larger wheels to me is being able to decrease sidewall height for a slightly firmer ride while retaining a relatively accurate speedo. the sidewall height of stock 175/70r13s is 122.5 mm whereas the sidewall height of 195/70r13s is 136.5 mm so you would end up with a mushier ride. i understand that free tires are free tire though, hard to turn them down.
