I am in Corrales, New Mexico. We don't get too much rust out here.
I love these cars, but I need to sell them because of health reasons. I wish I had the time and energy to keep these cars. They all run well. One of the wagons needs some minor repair work. I have the parts to fix it. Also have lots of spare parts and shop manuals on these cars. Plus the original operator manuals published by toyota. The 117k terk recently got rearended by a saturn 4 door. The saturn hit the rear bumper. No body damage, but the bumper is history. The impact also froze the transmission and it will not shift. However, the owner of the Suburu had good insurance and since he rear ended me they will have to replace the bumper and the trany. So bonus time for anyone who buys these cars. I won't part them out. I want to sell them all at the same time. All have clear titles no salvage titles.
Hope someone out there can use this opportunity.

I forgot to mention these three cars are all 1983 Toyota Tercels. Both of the wagons are SR5 six speeds. Original plaid seats. Yes they have the balance meters on the middle of the dash. All have Air. No broken or cracked glass.
Many extra parts new in orignial boxes = set of front shocks, cross member repair kit, rotors, brakes, plugs, carb kit, air filters, oil filters, etc, etc. The 4 door hatchback runs really nice. It gets about 35 mpg vs the wagons get about 29 to 30 mpg.

The insurance company paid me $2583 to total out my Terk. They wanted $95 for the salvage value, so I gave them the $95 to keep the car. I still have not fixed it. Bumper damage looks repairable. The tranny I have decided to replace with the one out of the other Terk and to fix the damaged trannyat my leisure. I will still sell all three cars "as is" for now $2500, since I have been compensated by the insurance company. Good New Mexico titles on all of them. If I replace the tranny and bumper, I will have to ask another $1000 for my time and effort.

I never thought I'd say this about a tercel wagon, but that's one fine looking car.

Everything about my 84 is that "clean", it just needs a really, really good detail. It has tons of storage dust on it. Too bad my roof paint is a bit oxidized. Maybe I should expand my insurance then take a drive through a dust devil... a few hundred times. It needs some new paint.

The two Tercel 4x4s are gone. I gave them two my daughter and her husband. They have an gold 83 Terk with 270k miles on it. They love the car for where they live in the Mountain village of Ojo Sarco near Taos in Northern New Mexico. I'll help her husband change trannys and swap out the rear bumper. I will miss these cars, but they will have a good home.
I'm now driving a 2000 Honda CRV. It has a lot of similarities with the TERK. The Terk was way ahead of its time!!!!!
