QUICK -- somebody from the Forum should snag those composite headlights & corner-light assemblies!

It is about an hour away, I might be able to get it this afternoon since I have to to seattle at six pm today.

snagged them. One of the side marker lights was broken, they did not change me for it. Even so both headlight assemblies and side maker lights were about $72. I had a $14 credit from a bad alternator I returned several months ago.

One of the glass housings had moisture in it. I did not see any cracks, but the lamp was held in with duct tape for some reason (loose) so it may have been that it was not sealed up.

I'm a little surprised at what they charged you... was it $86 total (72 plus 14 credit) for 2 headlamp assemblies and one good side marker light, with the 2nd side marker thrown in because it was broken?

seems a little steep, but maybe that's what all the yards are charging nowadays

I try to only go when they have a half off sale (4 times a year or so), but it is worth paying the price for these headlights to get them when they show up, even if not perfect. I every set I have found so far has very quickly gone to some other forum members cars. I keep hoping to have a good spare set for myself, but not while there are forum members that needs them.
