Looks like someone put a lot of effort into a rattle can respray I guess a roll of masking tape put the budget over the top.
Does appear to have factory alloys though.

- hideously poor white spray paint over part of the car
- even worse black pinstripes painted down the sides
- looks like a coat hanger wire for a radio antenna
- smashed windshield
- taped driver side mirror
- all the other equally horrible things you would find on closer inspection
= $100 car, at best
