i am looking for 83 pass.side mirror assembly.in good working order,i found out my mechanism inside broke ,so i cant adj unless i open the window,no fun on this cold storm coming in Idaho to open window.Thanks

I should have a right side '83 mirror ass'y in my pile of stuff- how's $15 plus shipping sound? If you go looking in a P&P be advised that '83&'84 mirrors are different from '85 and up (tho i think they can be modified to work.)

yes, the 83/84 mirrors require grinding to fit 85+ cars, but the 85+ mirrors require no mods to fit 83/84s. 83/84s are the flip flop style, 85+ are fixed. here's my post on modifying the old style to fit later cars.
