Yeah-that would be me. Not sure why i bought it (or what i'm going to do with it- I've already got four 4wd's.) Guess it was because it was only 5 miles from the shop....

Anyway, haven't decided if it's a fixer or a parts car- needs brakes, axles, rack boot, wheels, tires, aap, door handle and window regulator lube plus the as-listed rear struts (never seen struts this bad- been run dry for so long there's enough axial play between the strut rod and tube that the coil springs contact the inner wheelwells.) Also may need a heater core (maybe flush?)

On the plus side, the body's rust-free but has a sub-par silver repaint (sans clearcoat) that's flaking off in spots due to poor prep. The interior is the much sought after black cloth seats with only a small tear on the driver's side bolster- and has cup holders!

If i needed a beater daily driver, this would be a good candidate, but i've already got two 4wd beaters. The way i see it,i can't get hurt on this thing tho- i could just rob the stuff that's compatible with the t4's (like the composite headlights and side markers) and drive what's left to the boneyard (they pay $400 for anything you can drive in.) Will keep you all posted-thanks for listening to me ramble and have a Merry Christmas!

PS- thanx for the heads-up, garyfish (i think.)

Rich.
if it aint there, there's a good chance it won't break!

88 SR5 White (the 'good' one)-not anymore-totaled
87 fwd silver wagon a/t
