i had the same seats in an '86. the front is definitely '87/'88 though.
high miles on chassis. rust on the bottom of the driver door. what's the black dot just behind the driver side marker light? looks like it has quite a rake going on. might need front springs. i think by "5 matching sets of BMW wheels for a spare tire" the seller means "5 matching bmw wheels for a set including spare." either that or they really, really loved BMW wheels.
i think it's quite overpriced. i'd say $1800, max.
