I think the extra R stands for rust, man that is one rough rolla, no real pictures of the roof so it possibly has one panel without rust/dents, but it's hard to tell.
Always liked those cars, kinda a take-off on the 1800ES but I NEVER remember them getting 45-50MPG, I wonder what he's smokin'.
