What have you guys used to re-adhere loose cladding?

the auto parts stores sell a two sided foam backed tape made for holding on trim, it is made by 3M. It is very tough and holds up well. If you need more than a small amount it would save a lot of money by buying a large roll on-line. the auto parts stores sell it in small rolls, perhaps 3' long strip, and it is pricy sold that way.
