I want dibs on that gas tank name your price

also is the front bumper cover available? I need the plastic bumper skin
OK, 4doorVIP has dibs on the fuel tank for $25 (looks like $260 for a brand new one +$30 for new straps)

I had to cut a 1"X3" chunk out of the plastic bumper to get one bolt out, so it's not cosmetically good anymore. I don't have a pic at the moment, but you can have it for free if it's any good to you. There's definitely some trauma underneath in the signal light area as well.

Of course this stripping down of the Terc went way too far, but there was some satisfaction had in peeling it down to nothing.
Some of this stuff nobody will need or want, and some of it is impractical to ship, but you never know...

So consider this fair notice that I'm going to start throwing away this car piece by piece, so if there's anything you might need, speak up...

for example:
  • window glass
  • trim
  • interior plastic
  • wiring harness
  • weatherstripping
  • windshield wiper arms / linkage
  • little grommets or clips or rubber feet that the hood rests on
  • shifter boot
  • gauges
  • relays
  • speedo / clutch cable
  • fuel/brake lines
  • fasteners
  • interior lights
  • tail / marker / signal lights
  • etc, etc - the whole car is stripped down to the bare chassis (as you saw)
  • even body metal off the chassis - for example the panhard rod (track bar) support
I think the headliner is first on the chopping block. It was stained badly from a beverage being launched out of a back seat passenger's cup when wheeling over a fallen tree.

The chassis will likely be at the crusher within a week. The electrical bits will be in the bin with the first rainfall.

The driver side dash vent has a (partially) broken thumbwheel, but the function is OK (on/off, up/down, left/right)

So I don't know if it's worth your time to install this one or look for a better one., but I suppose you could make 1 good one out of the two.
(picture shows it rotated to the far right)

If you do want it: $0 for the dash vent with broken thumbwheel including delivery to your suggested local establishment.

How much would it be to ship the dome light to the us if it is in good shape?

*edit* *SOLD*
The dome light is in good condition. I had my grubby mitts on it, so it could use some cleaning, but the switch works fine and the bulb and mounting screws are inside.
(It looks a lot dirtier in the picture than it actually is.)

How about $5 plus shipping? The absolute cheapest shipping (by post) shows $10.35 (or with tracking number $16.94) If I can box it smaller or lighter, it may cost less.

If you want it irowiki, send me a PM with your shipping address.

Sorry irowiki, but the dome light is gone, as well as the rear tail lights and gas tank.

FYI: and I know it's probably better to wait for a whole parts car for this price, but this is what I found on the front bumper cover:
TO1000137f.jpg
BUMPER COVER, FRONT, WAGON, REMANUFACTURED OE $269CAD taxes included FOB Vancouver Island, BC (subject to stock availability)

(and no fenders to be found, or any body panels for that matter)
-added later-
BUT it might be hopeful for the '87 model:
87_tercel_left_marker_light.jpg
87_tercel_left_fender.jpg
87_tercel_right_fender.jpg
87_tercel_right_marker_light.jpg
maybe these would bolt on to the 1986 and earlier models??? anyone with any experience there?

All that stuff looks like it's for an '87 sedan (gen 3- transverse mounted engine.) Won't fit our cars.
if it aint there, there's a good chance it won't break!

88 SR5 White (the 'good' one)-not anymore-totaled
