ok, once again, here is the deal. Its been 2 weeks and this car HAS to go. Either we sell/deliver the car to a new owner this weekend, or it is going to be stripped this saturday and the body will be thrown away. At that point, i will start responding to parts requests. I will be keeping the engine, and most of the drive train. The rear axle is still in question if it will be stripped too or junked w/ the body. Stripping it makes towing much more difficult, however if somebody wants it and pays, we can accomodate to transport the shell by other means. I wish to sell the whole car because it is not all that rusty for its age. The majority is simple surface rust with 1 hole in the rocker panel that can be fixed with fiberglass. Oh yea, the roof. The body is probobly worth the effort to fix that if you can acquire a new windshield and window.
I hope someone wants the car......$150 plus fuel and toll costs and this project will appear at your driveway this weekend.
1 other thing. If it gets stripped this weekend, parts such as the transaxle will not be able to be shipped USPS due to size and a different shipping company will need to be specified. If you live within a day's drive of me, Alburtis, PA, we can also deliver parts.

sorry, i'm saving the engine, transmission, drive shaft, rear axle, and steering rack and column for a later transplant when i get another tercel......the one that i had i chopped up into 6 pieces with a saw and sent on its way to make new cars, or whatever they do with scrap steel. sorry i couldn't hang on to the parts to sell them off, but i had a tight time schedule to get rid of the car unfortunately.
WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? Was it totaled? Was it rusted beyond use? Why would you scrap one of these great cars that are no longer being produced, that there are so many uses for, and will be sorely missed when they are gone?
