Looking for a new Tercel!

This forum is for cars that run, or at least are close to running. This isn't for parting out complete cars.

Looking for a new Tercel!

Post by LittleRed4wd »

Hey folks- As some of you may remember I sold my silver lifted wagon a while back after I bought a Tacoma-- Anyways life's going in circles so I ended up selling the truck and going to India, where I've been since march. Anyways I'll be back in the states next month and starting some college in the fall (Better late then never, right?) I'll need a new ride and won't have a whole lot of cash so I'm thinking Tercel 4wd round 4! So, just figured I'd ask if anyone knows of any poor t4's sitting in a field or something needing some TLC. I'm not worried about anything mechanical being broken, that's easy- if it's got a good body I'm sold. Rusty? Hell maybe I'll check it out if the price is right. I'd prefer for it to be fairly close to Colorado but obviously this is a small forum that's pretty spread out so I'm for sure down to travel.

Thanks in advance!
Sam

Wow, fairly close to colorado eh? I was going to post these in a new thread but I'll just post them here.

I found this today:

and this:

I'm super interested in a 4WD Tercel now, especially with AC, but I need to get the finances sorted out first

Nice links, Irowiki! I haven't seen that last one yet. As long as you aren't planning on buying it, could you post the pictures from the seller if he gets back to ya?

Yeah I'm not going to actually be in the Tercel Wagon market for a while yet (unless something utterly amazing comes up). So when myself or my wife run into wagons while searching for 1st gen sedans/parts I'll just keep posting them :D

115-120 psi is not what i would call "good compression." i would call that "long in the tooth/will be requiring rebuild in the not so distant future."
