If it was running it might be worth that. Looks like a wrecker owns it. No telling what is wrong with it, missing front grill. Too bad, looks like a decent rust free body.

It looks like it's an '85 with the diamond pattern SR5 seats. I could go check it out since it's nearby, but far too overpriced, even with the electric sunroof!
