I'll be on my second set when I change mine in a few weeks. The first set was pretty nuts since I'd never changed them before, and the retaining bolts were so rusted that I ended up having to saw them off and getting new ones, which took a week to get from Toyota. I got about 35k hard miles out of mine, with lots of mud and snow, and some jumping.
It's such a terrible designed bearing. It should be at least twice as large as the current bearing is in the rear. I've heard that it's possible to replace it with a wider bearing from an AE86, but I've never been able to confirm that.
