1989 Toyota Corolla All Trac Manual Wagon SR5

This forum is for cars that run, or at least are close to running. This isn't for parting out complete cars.

i have one of these and my spoiler is not colour-matched either. i figured the previous owner must have added it but maybe not. the trim packages on these cars is so inconsistent, it's weird. still love them though.

Yea, looking around it looks like if the lower part of the doors has a wide black trim, then the spoiler is also black.

A-Yup! I actually called him yesterday - he left a VM on my home phone.
I'm out of town cat/housesitting/DaddyPleaseDo-ing for a daughter and won't be back until next Monday; he said he would call me at that time if it is not sold. Seems like a nice fellow - he lives in a nice part of STL.
Part of me hopes it is not sold - and part of me hopes the reverse...

another possible convert! at the very least, you should take it for a drive just to compare to the terc, tom. it's amazing how different they are.

...not that any of us are true converts, since i'm sure we would all horde as many tercs AND all tracs we could if we had the means.

I would love to have both. But for now the Corolla does the highway cruise a lot more refined than the Tercel did and freeways kinda stress me out. One thing I do miss about the Terc is the that the gearbox is a little more direct to shift as there are no cable linkages like the 'rolla.

When I got the bug for an Acura Legend earlier this year, I drove to Nashville to pick one up and brought it back on a u-Haul. I say that because I understand how exciting it is to be zoned in on a certain car, regarding the acura legend the holy grail is a black on black 6 speed, it's very rare. And because of the detailed forum they have, I was able to download a free FSM and also have detailed guides for performing an engine swap and transmission swap. I feel more loyal to forums/communities even though I'm not an active member here or on alltracwagon.net. Because the all-trac wagon is so rare, I want it to go to someone who's looking for one. There was one other member (I'm not sure which site) that met me and looked at my corolla, and didn't prefer it compared to his own sedan, so unless any other members contact me, it will still be available for you to look at on Monday. If there is no more interest on the forums after that, then I will go to craigslist etc...
